Search Staffing Services in Singapore seeks an experienced Consulting Manager to lead and grow our recruitment business. You will deliver senior recruitment assignments while developing business opportunities, strengthening client relationships and supporting the growth of other consultants.

Formación

• Experience in agency recruitment or executive search.
• Proven track record in candidate delivery and business development.
• Strong client acquisition and account-management abilities.
• Ability to lead, mentor or manage recruiters.
• Commercially driven, entrepreneurial and able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and executive search assignments, from BD to placement.
• Develop new business and client relationships across Singapore.
• Manage and grow key client accounts with market intelligence and hiring insights.
• Mentor and support recruitment consultants in sourcing and headhunting strategies.
• Drive team and individual revenue performance and contribute to growth.
