Job summary

Republic Polytechnic in Singapore is seeking a senior leader to design and implement organisation-wide talent and leadership development strategies, frameworks and interventions that strengthen the leadership pipeline and shape a proactive learning culture. The role collaborates with senior management and stakeholders to translate priorities into evidence-informed development solutions.

You will lead leadership assessment, coaching and mentoring, and drive the Strategic Workforce Planning system

Qualifications

Relevant qualification in Human Resources or Business Management, or related fields.
About ten years of HR experience with leadership, career, learning & development.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, management and writing skills.
Hands-on, independent, resilient and capable in ambiguous, complex situations.
Proficient in MS Office and able to learn new learning tools.

Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of leadership and talent development strategies aligned with organisational priorities and Whole-of-Government initiatives.
Oversee leadership coaching, mentoring and growth initiatives to support transitions and succession readiness.
Lead the Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) system and develop dashboards and analytics to monitor pipeline strength.
Plan and manage the L&D budget and resources to meet strategic priorities.
