Job summary

NHG Health Group is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to lead day-to-day operations for DICC clinical departments and the Advance Care Planning Office. You will partner with clinical leaders, nursing, allied health and corporate teams to ensure governance, resource planning, performance monitoring and quality improvement.

You will drive service planning, implement new care models, manage budgets and support ACP initiatives with data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• 6–8 years of related experience in operations or service roles.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Healthcare or community experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and day-to-day operational needs for DICC clinical departments.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders, nursing, allied health and corporate functions for governance and resource management.
• Plan and execute new services and expansions across outpatient, inpatient and other care settings.
• Monitor operational and financial performance and drive improvements.
• Supervise the operations team to meet targets.
• Oversee events planning and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Prepare budgets and work plans; update key platforms (e.g. Budgets, Workplans).
• Support ACP Office workflows and performance indicators.
