Job summary

GATES PCM CONSTRUCTION LTD in Singapore seeks a proactive supervisor to lead a team of Train Operators and Shunters, ensuring the safe movement of the Engineering Consist (EC) and mentoring new operators. The role requires independent work, overtime as needed, and managing shift-based operations in a high-traffic environment.

You will oversee on-the-job training, manage operational incidents, and implement recovery measures, emphasising safety, reliability, and adherence to the Works Train

Qualifications

• Diploma in an engineering discipline or GCE A-Level with 5 years' relevant experience.
• Able to work independently and overtime on a regular basis.
