Job summary

GATES PCM CONSTRUCTION LTD is seeking a proactive Works Train Supervisor to support daily operations across the depot, mainline or consist. You will oversee Controllers and front-line teams, ensuring safe, efficient performance.

Responsibilities include on-site safety briefings, incident escalation, and producing weekly reports for the Officer-in-charge using Microsoft Office tools. Strong leadership and independent working style are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Ability to work independently and overtime regularly.
• Proven capability to lead and manage a team.
