Job summary

WSH EXPERTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable supervisor to lead and coordinate train operators and shunters, ensuring safe operation of rail vehicles.

The role requires conducting pre-operation checks, briefings, and ensuring adherence to procedures. You will monitor competency, assist with training, and prepare operational records and reports to support safe, efficient rail operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading train operators or similar teams.
• Strong safety mindset with incident prevention focus.
• Ability to conduct briefings and communicate clearly.
• Proficient in written and numeric reporting.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in an engineering discipline, GCE A-Level or equivalent qualification.


• Minimum five years of relevant working experience.


• Railway operations, train-driving, shunting or heavy-equipment experience is preferred.


• Able to lead a team and conduct operational briefings.


• Strong safety awareness and problem-solving abilities.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation.


• Able to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends and public holidays.


• Must complete the required training, assessment and OJT.
