Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or information field is required.
• 8+ years in infrastructure, SRE, or related engineering roles in large-scale environments.
• Proven experience leading major incident investigations and RCA activities.
• Deep expertise across network, cloud, compute, middleware, storage, and observability.
• Strong skills in SLO/SLI design, telemetry, and alerting strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical authority for RCA reviews across major incidents and service-impacting events.
• Lead deep-dive RCA sessions, validate findings, and drive corrective actions.
• Assess investigation quality to ensure sound, long-term reliability outcomes.
• Promote blameless accountability and identify systemic resilience gaps.
• Collaborate on observability and resilience improvements for distributed systems.
• Ensure corrective actions reduce recurrence risk and drive closure.
• Provide independent review of internal and vendor investigation reports.
• Utilize enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate reliability design and decisioning.
• Define and promote reliability practices including SLOs and SLIs.
