Qualifications

• More than 6 years of overall IT infrastructure experience.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on Citrix administration.
• Experience providing Level 3 support for Citrix-based virtual workplace environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, Citrix On-Premises and/or Citrix Cloud.
• Experience configuring and maintaining infrastructure hosted on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure including Windows Server, Server hardware, Networking, Authentication technologies, Group policies, Infrastructure monitoring and Security/patch management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for virtualized workplace environments based on Citrix On-Premises, Citrix Cloud and Microsoft Azure.
• Handle complex incidents, service requests and escalations requiring advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Troubleshoot Citrix-related issues using appropriate diagnostic tools, including Citrix Director.
• Build, configure, operate and maintain enterprise Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop environments.
• Implement architectural and infrastructure changes across Citrix landscapes.
• Set up, administer and maintain Citrix and Azure infrastructure components.
• Perform upgrades and updates of infrastructure components.
• Manage user profile technologies including: Windows Roaming Profiles, Citrix User Profile Management (UPM), Microsoft FSLogix.
