Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED is seeking an IT Infrastructure professional to upgrade, operate and optimize a Citrix-based environment in Singapore. The role covers profile management, Azure integration, and multi-cloud support across the data center stack.

Responsibilities include architectural changes to XenApp/XenDesktop, 3rd level incident handling, and vendor coordination with Microsoft, Citrix, and HP. You will also automate tasks with PowerShell and assist in software packaging and deployment using

• Upgrade and maintain Infrastructure Components.
• Build and operate Citrix Environment.
• Profile management with Citrix UPM and MS FS Logix.
• Set up and maintain Citrix/Azure infrastructure.
• Support multi-cloud platforms.
• Architectural changes on Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop landscape.
• Handle 3rd level incidents and service requests.
• Vendor ticket handling with Microsoft, Citrix, HP.
• Debugging with standard tooling.
• Troubleshoot Citrix-based problems with fundamentals.
• Troubleshoot via Citrix Director.
• Continuous service and stability improvements.
• Hardware support for VDI infrastructure (on-site in Singapore).
• Monitor and patch infrastructure.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell.
• Manage SSL certificates.
• Participate in technical team sync and internal customer meetings.
• Package and deploy software using SCCM/PowerShell/Chef.
• Evaluate and test new Citrix client.
• Periodic and emergency systems maintenance including patching.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers and SAP internal departments.
