Job summary

Hubb IT is seeking a Level 2 Support Engineer to handle advanced infrastructure, incident support, and SME leadership for major incidents. The role requires Mandarin proficiency for a Chinese-speaking client portfolio and involves on-site, remote, or hybrid work as needed.

The candidate should have 3–6 years for Junior L2 or 5–10 years for Senior L2, with strong Windows Server, AD/Azure AD, and network fundamentals. Expect involvement in runbooks, change control, and proactive problem management.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Language Requirement: Mandarin/Chinese for client accounts and stakeholders.
• Experience: Level 2 (Junior L2) 3–6 years in desktop/infrastructure support with admin exposure.
• Experience: Level 2 Lead (Senior L2) 5–10 years in infrastructure/operations with incident ownership.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Incident Diagnosis & Escalations across Windows Server, AD/Azure AD, DNS, DHCP and file/print services.
• Network, Firewall & Security Operations including VPNs and EDR triage.
• Virtualization & Maintenance Management for VMware/Hyper-V; server patching within change windows.
• Major Incidents & Outage ownership and coordination for Senior L2 Lead.
• Problem Management & Runbook Governance including RCA and mentor L1/L2 engineers.
