Job summary

Hubb IT is seeking a Level 2 Support Engineer (Junior L2 or Senior L2 Lead) to manage advanced infrastructure, incident support, and SME leadership. The role covers Windows Server, AD/Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, and security hygiene within a hybrid customer-facing environment.

We value hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), backup verification, and scripting (PowerShell/Bash). Mandarin proficiency is mandatory for client communication and escalation handling.

Qualifications

• Mandarin Chinese language proficiency is mandatory to support Chinese-speaking customer accounts.
• 3–6 years in desktop/infrastructure support for Level 2 (Junior L2)
• 5–10 years in infrastructure/operations for Level 2 Lead (Senior L2 Lead) with incident ownership and customer-facing delivery.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of escalated tickets from L1 and perform deep diagnostics across Windows Server, AD/Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services.
• Support firewall/VPN configurations and triage EDR alerts under change control.
• Assist virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper‑V) and verify server patching and backup operations.
• Senior L2 Lead: lead major incidents, coordinate multi-party troubleshooting, and drive restoration.
• Senior L2 Lead: lead problem management, RCA, publish runbooks, and mentor L1/L2 engineers.
