Job summary

SHINY PEOPLE HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to own critical incidents and drive technical problem management across Windows Server, AD/Azure AD and Microsoft 365 landscapes in high-stakes environments.

You will mentor L2 engineers, coordinate with vendors and customers, plan complex changes, and develop runbooks and security hardening procedures to reduce outages and improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS or equivalent.
• 5-10 years infrastructure/IT operations experience.
• Strong Windows Server / AD / Azure AD & Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• Solid networking, firewall & VPN understanding.
• Experience with major incident management & RCA.
• Strong customer and vendor management skills.
• Able to lead technical teams during critical incidents.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Bash; automation mindset.
• Nice to have: security certifications or ITIL.

Responsibilities
