Tengah General and Community Hospital (TGCH) invites applications for a contract Learning & Development Coordinator. The role supports planning, coordination and implementation of L&D initiatives to build workforce readiness and capability during the hospital ramp-up.

You will manage learning programmes, course nominations, attendance records, budgets and reporting; coordinate onboarding, sponsorships and leadership development; collaborate with HR, providers and NUHS stakeholders to ensure

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology, Education or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development or Programme Coordination.
• Healthcare, public sector or large organisation experience would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Support Learning Needs Analysis follow-ups and surveys.
• Consolidate learning gaps, proposed interventions and implementation progress.
• Coordinate learning interventions aligned to staff readiness and ramp-up needs.
• Prepare briefing materials, summaries and simple reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate learning programmes, workshops and staff development initiatives.
• Manage course nominations, registrations, attendance records and payments.
• Maintain learning trackers, dashboards and monthly reporting.
• Liaise with departments, training providers and NUHS stakeholders on programme administration.
• Monitor and maintain learning budget utilisation and reporting.
