Job summary

Khoo Teck Puat Hospital is seeking a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to join our Human Resource Development (HRD) team. This role supports the administration, coordination and delivery of learning and development initiatives, sponsorship programmes and learning systems across KTPH and YCH.

You will ensure smooth learning operations, maintain data integrity, administer sponsorship processes, support reporting and drive continuous improvement to enhance employee learning experiences and

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Education or related field.
• 2–4 years experience in Learning & Development or HR operations.
• Meticulous, creative, resourceful, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong project management with multitasking across groups.
• Experience with learning administration, sponsorship management, LMS or training ops is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for learning enquiries and maintain HRD records.
• Coordinate LMS and HRD platforms, manage user access and governance.
• Prepare reports and updates for operational and management needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to run learning events and programmes.
• Monitor attendance, completion and milestones across programmes.
• Support sponsorships, funding and learning grants administration.
