Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced KYC / Investor Services professional to support AML/KYC and investor servicing activities across multiple jurisdictions, with a preference for candidates who have Hedge Fund or Private Equity KYC experience.

The role involves end-to-end AML/KYC due diligence, investor onboarding and remediation, as well as handling FATCA/CRS documentation and regulatory reporting. Strong attention to detail and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant AML/KYC and investor services experience in fund administration or financial services.
• Experience with hedge funds or private equity KYC preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FATCA/CRS and regulatory requirements.
• Attention to detail and robust stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform AML/KYC due diligence, investor onboarding, remediation and periodic reviews.
• Handle KYC requirements for hedge funds, private equity and other investment fund investors.
• Review investor documentation per internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage FATCA/CRS documentation, including tax forms and self-certifications.
• Conduct sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening; escalate high-risk cases.
