Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a candidate to support Account Opening and KYC review processes with a focus on AML/KYC standards and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with Relationship Managers to ensure complete and accurate client information.

You will also assist in change management activities, including documentation, process improvements, and timely communication of changes to RMs. A strong emphasis on governance and stakeholder collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Min 1–2 years prior experience in KYC and SOW corroboration.
• Strong stakeholder management, especially with Front Office and Compliance.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure onboarding and review processes comply with AML/KYC standards and regulatory requirements.
• Verify and corroborate KYC information submitted by Relationship Managers (RMs).
• Assist RMs in completing Client Acceptance Form, client profiling, inquiries, and related checklists/reports.
