The role involves managing KM initiatives, designing repositories, and driving digital solutions including AI applications to address operational challenges in knowledge and records management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Knowledge Management with framework development.
• Experience implementing KM systems and change management.
• Proven ability to foster knowledge cultures across divisions.
• Tech-savvy with KM repositories, collaboration platforms, AI tools.
• Familiar with government records standards (IM4L) compliance.
• Independent, multi-tasking, strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support KM framework development and governance across CDA.
• Drive knowledge capture, sharing, and retention initiatives.
• Design and manage knowledge repositories and collaboration platforms.
• Coordinate change activities and KM awareness campaigns.
• Oversee CDA intranet, ensuring current, accessible content.
• Explore AI and digital solutions to improve KM processes.
