Communicable Diseases Agency (CDA) under the Ministry of Health, Singapore, seeks a Senior Manager/Manager to lead Knowledge Management and Registry operations, driving KM frameworks, repositories, and awareness across divisions.

You will manage KM culture, oversee intranet content, and explore AI-enabled solutions to improve records management and staff collaboration in a fast-paced government environment.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of Knowledge Management experience and ability to develop KM frameworks and implement them across organisations.
• Experience establishing and implementing KM systems (including change management) like electronic records management systems and email management systems, intranet portals, information dissemination systems.
• Strong change management experience with ability to foster knowledge cultures and work with Knowledge Champions across divisions.
• Technology savvy with knowledge repositories, collaboration platforms, and AI-powered KM tools for digital transformation.
• Familiarity with Government Instruction Manual on Management of Public Records and IM4L compliance.
• Independent and self-driven with ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments and perform under pressure.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills to co-create solutions across divisions.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and implementation of KM frameworks and processes across the organisation.
• Foster a strong knowledge culture across CDA and improve KM and Registry practices.
• Design and maintain knowledge repositories and collaboration platforms for better information access.
• Promote KM culture through awareness campaigns and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee CDA's intranet portal maintenance and ensure current, relevant content.
• Drive innovation initiatives, including AI and digital solutions for KM and records management.
• Oversee Registry and mailroom operations, with digitalization where possible.
• Manage electronic records systems and ensure compliance with NAS and IM4L standards.
• Support annual NAS IM4L compliance audits.
