Job summary

The Public Service Division is seeking a Knowledge Management Officer to support MAS’s transition to Whole-of-Government collaboration platforms and related knowledge initiatives.

You will work with business and technology stakeholders to improve how organisational knowledge is organised, shared and reused across MAS, with emphasis on information governance and content management, plus user adoption of new tools.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in knowledge management or information management or related discipline.
• Experience with knowledge sharing, collaboration or content management projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support migration of information to Whole-of-Government collaboration platforms.
• Guide departments on usage, governance, setup and management of sites.
• Develop initiatives to improve capture, organisation, sharing and reuse of knowledge.
• Review and improve knowledge management processes and practices.
• Assist in knowledge capture and information organisation to improve accessibility.
• Support communications, training and user engagement for new tools.
• Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve KM initiatives.
