Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in the West region is seeking a proactive life sciences sales professional to drive demand for scientific and laboratory equipment. You will develop and manage assigned accounts, deliver product demonstrations, and provide excellent customer service to strengthen client relationships.

You will meet sales targets through strategic engagement and collaborate with internal teams to provide timely support and training to researchers in the life sciences community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science field required.
• 3–4 years experience in key accounts

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of scientific, laboratory, and research equipment to life sciences customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to improve client satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and manage assigned accounts while identifying opportunities to expand the company's portfolio.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and account development.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for the research community.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support and application guidance.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and seamless customer support.
