You will develop and manage key accounts, deliver product demonstrations, and provide pre- and post-sales support to build long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. A strong background in science and proven key accounts experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Min. Degree in any science field.
• Min. 3-4 years experience in key accounts.
• Able to drive sales of scientific equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of scientific, laboratory, and research equipment within the life sciences industry.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to improve client satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and manage assigned accounts while identifying opportunities to expand the company’s business portfolio.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and account development.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for the research community.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support and application guidance.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and seamless customer support.
