TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Coordinator/Manager in Singapore to implement BIM/IDDEP standards and manage federated models across disciplines. You will lead clash detection using Navisworks Manage, prepare reports, and ensure BEP compliance while coordinating with consultants, contractors, and engineers.
You will mentor BIM Modellers, monitor progress, and maintain the Common Data Environment to ensure data integrity and timely project deliverables.
Assist BIM Manager and for the implement BIM/IDDEP requirements, standards, workflows, and processes for the assigned project.
Develop, manage, and maintain federated BIM models, ensuring model integrity, version control, and coordination across all disciplines.
Conduct clash detection using Navisworks Manage, coordinate resolutions, and prepare clash reports and presentations.
Ensure compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project standards, naming conventions, file structures, and submission requirements.
Lead and attend BIM/VDC and project coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve coordination issues.
Prepare, review, update, and submit BIM models, construction/shop drawings, clash reports, asset data, visualizations, and other required deliverables according to the project schedule.
Guide, mentor, assign, and coordinate BIM Modellers and support the design and engineering teams in delivering coordinated and buildable designs.
Monitor BIM progress, submission status, resource and software requirements, and highlight potential issues or delays.
Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE), file exchange systems, and project information to ensure proper access, coordination, and data integrity.
Support the development of BIM models, trade families, and project-specific content, while ensuring the proper use of BIM authoring and coordination tools.
Coordinate with consultants and main contractors on design, scheduling, material requisitions, procurement, buildability, and overall project compliance.
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Specialist Diploma in BIM or Virtual Design and Construction
