DYNAMIC HUMAN CAPITAL PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned Java Technical Lead to architect and steer high-performance enterprise applications across Capital Markets and Core Banking platforms in Singapore.

You will design scalable microservices, lead cross-functional teams, and drive DevOps practices while mentoring engineers globally. Strong background in Java/Kotlin, Spring, Kafka, and cloud tools is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in global financial organizations.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Kotlin, and Spring ecosystem.
• Experience with microservices, REST/SOAP web services, Kafka messaging.
• Proficiency with cloud/DevOps tooling (AWS, OpenShift, Docker, Jenkins).
• Certifications such as CSM or related preferred.

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Java Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience in global financial organizations to architect and lead development of high-performance, resilient enterprise applications supporting Capital Markets(Equity Derivatives Trade Management) and Core Banking (Consumer Banking,Retail, Credit Cards, Cashline) platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable microservices using Java 17, Kotlin, and Spring Boot, leveraging Kafka and concurrent programming to automate trade capture and trade lifecycle management
• Lead full-stack delivery efforts, integrating front-end frameworks such as Angular/React with backend services
• Drive Agile ceremonies as a Certified Scrum Master, mentoring globally distributed engineering teams and fostering a culture of psychological safety and continuous delivery
• Champion modern DevOps practices and incorporate advanced AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) into the engineering workflow
• Provide production support (L3) and ensure release management best practices across enterprise-grade systems

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Applications or related field
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Java, Kotlin, Spring ecosystem (Boot, Core, MVC, Data JPA, Batch), REST/SOAP web services, and messaging systems (Kafka, Solace)
• Proficiency with databases (Oracle, MariaDB, Sybase, Postgres, DB2) and middleware (Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere)
• Experience with cloud/DevOps tooling: AWS, OpenShift, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub/Bitbucket, SonarQube
• Certifications such as CSM, Sun Certified JavaDeveloper preferred
