Willingness to participate in application support and on-call duty
Drive standardization and automation within Markets Technology
Foster engineering culture within the team
Experience operating and supporting critical business systems globally
Expertise in microservices and distributed architectures

Responsibilities

Develop Java-based solutions for real-time market data systems
Lead standardization and automation efforts within the team
Contribute to architecture and non-functional requirements like scalability and observability
Participate in on-call support and incident management
