Job summary

Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Banking (Crédit Agricole CIB) in Singapore seeks a Senior Java developer to lead the design and maintenance of the International Core Banking System within the CCS department.

You will develop and enhance cash management and reporting applications, collaborate with product owners, analysts, and cross‑functional teams, and mentor more junior developers while applying Agile and Scrum practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development.
• Deep understanding of distributed platforms and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in Spring Frameworks including IoC, Spring Boot, Spring Integration.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and orchestration.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Artifactory/Nexus, and Maven.
• Strong knowledge of TDD/BDD with JUnit, Mockito, and Cucumber.
• Excellent problem solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and improvement of the Cash Management digital platform.
• Develop and maintain cash management and reporting applications.
• Provide estimates for user stories and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior developers and support the Technical Lead.
• Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive project success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives.
