Qualifications
- 2–3 years of corporate service/solutions sales experience.
- Candidates with recruitment industry experience have an advantage.
- Proficiency in Japanese to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients.
- High volume cold-calling to develop new clients.
- Flexible, adaptable, self-driven and a team player.
Responsibilities
- Perform market research to understand the various industries.
- Develop new clients and maintain existing clients.
- Understand clients' recruitment needs and provide advice if required.
- Deliver new positions to the Consultant Team to align sourcing requirements.
- Perform negotiation with clients as needed.
- Attend networking sessions as and when required.
