Job summary

ridik technology services pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking a procurement solutions consultant with hands-on Ivalua experience to support public sector projects.

You will configure Source-to-Pay processes, engage stakeholders, and help ensure successful UAT and go-live using Agile SCRUM practices. Ideal candidates combine a degree or diploma in computer science, 1+ year Ivalua exposure, and a passion for public service, with strong analytical and communication skills to thrive in fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline.
• At least 1 year hands-on Ivalua configuration experience in Source-to-Pay or procurement solution delivery.
• Valid Ivalua L3 certification — Ivalua Certified Functional Specialist or Ivalua Certified Technical Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes: RFx, Contract Management, Supplier Onboarding, Procurement, and Invoicing.
• Experience delivering large-scale, high-availability solutions using Agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM).
• Proven stakeholder engagement experience across requirements gathering, configuration, UAT, and go-live.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for public service and working for the public good.
• Knowledge of GCC, SHIP-HATS, and SGTS advantageous.
• Familiarity with public sector data protection regulations is advantageous.
