Job summary

Ridik is seeking a professional with a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline and hands-on Ivalua configuration experience to deliver procurement solutions. The role requires knowledge of RFx, Contract Management, Supplier Onboarding, Procurement, and Invoicing, plus Agile SCRUM delivery and strong stakeholder engagement across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline.
• At least 1 year hands-on Ivalua configuration experience and valid Ivalua L3 certification.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes: RFx, Contract Management, Supplier Onboarding, Procurement, and Invoicing.
• Experience delivering large-scale, high-availability solutions using Agile methodologies (SCRUM).
• Proven stakeholder engagement across requirements gathering, configuration, UAT, and go-live.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for public service and working for the public good.
• Knowledge of GCC, SHIP-HATS, and SGTS advantageous.
• Familiarity with public sector data protection regulations is advantageous.
