Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Source-to-Pay, procurement technology or procurement solution delivery
• At least 1 year of hands-on Ivalua configuration experience
• Ivalua work experience is mandatory
• Valid Ivalua L3 certification, preferably Ivalua Certified Functional Specialist or Technical Specialist

Responsibilities

• Configure, enhance and support solutions on the Ivalua Source-to-Pay platform
• Serve as a technical and platform specialist for Ivalua implementation and enhancement activities
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to project and vendor teams
• Translate business and procurement requirements into appropriate Ivalua configurations and solutions
• Support procurement processes including RFx, Contract Management, Supplier Onboarding, Procurement and Invoicing
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT and production go-live activities
• Review configurations and technical deliverables to ensure compliance with platform standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical recommendations and resolutions
• Collaborate closely with business users, product owners, project managers, technical teams and other stakeholders
• Deliver solutions using Agile methodologies such as Scrum
