Job summary

Ncs3 in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Delivery professional to lead end-to-end IT infrastructure, security and technology transformation initiatives. You will drive project plans, governance, and stakeholder engagement from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and quality assurance.

The role covers engagement with business users, architects, and cross-functional teams, focusing on risk management, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT infrastructure, security and technology transformation projects from initiation through closure, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk
• Develop comprehensive project plans, milestones, risk registers, governance frameworks, and change management strategies in consultation with stakeholders, business users, architects and technical teams
• Manage daily project execution including deployment, migration, testing, integration and implementation activities
• Control project scope and implement robust change control mechanisms to manage dependencies and critical paths ensuring timely delivery
• Oversee project financials including profit and loss (P&L), forecasting, budget compliance and resource allocation across internal teams, vendors and subcontractors
• Proactively escalates issues such as project overruns, scope creep, integration challenges and resource constraints to project directors and steering committees
• Review and ensure all project documentation complies with customer requirements, quality management processes, industry standards and regulatory procedures
• Lead team planning, task delegation, performance tracking, coaching, mentoring and performance management activities
• Support business development efforts through opportunity identification, change request development, and active participation in pre-sales activities
