NCS in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and AI-driven initiatives. You will coordinate end-to-end delivery from initiation to closure, ensure security controls align with industry standards, and collaborate with stakeholders across internal teams and vendors.

The role requires PMP certification and 5+ years of IT PM experience, preferably in regulated environments such as defence, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ IT project management experience.
• Experience in regulated industries (defence) is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure, security and technology transformation projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk; maintain change control.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, architects, technical teams, vendors and customers.
