Senior IT Infrastructure & Security Project Manager

Job summary

NCS seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects across diverse industries. You will own end-to-end delivery, manage budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams while embedding security-by-design practices throughout the project lifecycle.

You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, drive governance, and contribute to pre-sales through compelling proposals and risk mitigations. The role is based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years IT project management experience with infrastructure/cybersecurity focus.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale technology projects across environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors and contracts.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure, security and tech transformation projects.
• Develop project plans, governance, risk registers and change management strategies.
• Manage daily project execution: deployment, migration, testing, and integration.
• Oversee project financials including P&L, forecasting and budgets.
• Coordinate security deployments, vulnerability management and incident response.
• Engage clients and stakeholders with clear communications and governance materials.
• Support pre-sales activities and business development opportunities.
