Job summary

The Ministry of Education (MOE) Singapore invites a Senior Executive, Information Technology (IT) to lead the development and implementation of digital systems and automated workflows in the SDCD 2 division. You will collaborate with stakeholders to map current processes and design practical, scalable solutions aligned with whole-of-government standards.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in digital transformation or workflow automation.
• Strong ability to map business processes and design scalable solutions.
• Experience engaging stakeholders and translating needs into technical outcomes.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of integrated digital systems and workflow automation solutions using Open Government Products (OGP) tools and other government-approved platforms
• Engage stakeholders to map existing workflows and co-design standardised, scalable solutions
• Manage iterative improvement cycles by gathering user feedback and refining systems
• Review processes to identify areas for improvement and coordinate resolution of issues with relevant stakeholders
• Conduct briefings and sharing sessions on applications, workflow and related matters to support change management and drive user adoption
• Support day-to-day IT operations and administrative matters to ensure smooth and reliable service delivery
