Job summary

Ministry of Education, Singapore is seeking a Project Manager for the HR Digital Office within the HR Solutions and Capabilities Division. You will oversee IT system development, maintenance, and daily operations, coordinating with IT system integrators to deliver features while ensuring policy and security compliance.

You will engage stakeholders to define business needs, guide projects using agile methods, manage vendor relationships, and enforce IT management, quality, and security standards

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Computer Engineering, HR, Business, or related field.
• Project Management or Agile certification such as CITPM, COMIT, PMI or Certified Scrum Master.
• Min 3 years of experience in a similar role with vendor management and HR systems support/maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to identify business needs, evaluate solutions, and develop business cases for application projects.
• Oversee project execution and ensure alignment with scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Evaluate agile methods and manage risks to secure successful project outcomes.
• Evaluate and select vendor solutions and manage vendor relationships for digital solutions.
• Ensure compliance with IT management, quality, and security policies across development processes.
• Maintain system effectiveness and user experience by addressing technical issues with stakeholders.
