Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in CS/IT required.
• 5+ years MIS or related experience.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• Experience with Windows Servers, Cloud, routers, and network switches.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support IT help desk to meet SLA response and resolution times.
• Troubleshoot desktop applications and infrastructure issues.
• Install and configure hardware and software.
• Maintain on-premise and cloud IT infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts and access rights.
• Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Document IT infrastructure setups and licenses.
