RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT Help Desk Specialist to support desktop applications, servers, and network infrastructure across Singapore offices.

You will install and configure hardware and software, manage user access, perform backups, and assist with VOIP and conferencing. The role demands strong troubleshooting, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years MIS or related experience.
• ITIL certification or equivalent preferred.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of software and hardware; knowledge of Windows Server and cloud.

Responsibilities

• Support IT help desk to meet SLA response and resolution times.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktop apps and infrastructure.
• Install and configure hardware and software.
• Maintain on-premise and cloud IT infrastructures and services.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Monitor IT systems and perform backups and disaster recovery.
• Support VOIP, conferencing and mobile services.
• Liaise with other teams to resolve requests promptly.
• Document IT setups, licenses, and modifications.
• Design and deliver IT user training.
