Job summary

Primech A&P Pte. Ltd is seeking a dedicated (Senior) IT Support Executive to join our team in Singapore.

You will provide Level 2 IT support to HQ staff, resolving technical issues and offering guidance while installing, configuring, and maintaining software, hardware, and network systems. Responsibilities include monitoring enterprise software, performing maintenance and backups, reviewing security logs, managing user accounts and permissions, and handling inventory and procurement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in an IT-related field such as Computer Science and Information Technology.
• Minimum 1 year experience in IT support or related positions.
• Proficiency in programs such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and common enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Relevant certifications in IT support or related fields would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical staff.
