Job summary

Primech A & P Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated (Senior) IT Support Executive to join our team. You will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot, and support for hardware and software issues across the organization.

You will handle Level 2 IT support for HQ staff, install/configure/maintain software, hardware and network systems, monitor enterprise software, conduct backups, review IT security logs, manage user accounts and permissions, and assist with procurement.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in IT-related field.
Minimum 1 year experience in IT support or related positions.
Proficiency in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and common enterprise applications.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
Relevant IT support certifications are advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills, able to explain technical issues to non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 IT support to HQ staff by resolving technical issues and offering guidance/training.
Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and network systems.
Monitor and update the enterprise software.
Conduct routine maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure system performance and security.
Plan and conduct routine reviews on system security logs and deliver reports on IT security.
Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring proper access rights are granted.
Hardware and software inventory management and procurement.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
