Job summary

INNERGY CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior IT Support Engineer to join the regional IT infrastructure team. You will be the first point of contact for users across global offices, providing 24x7 support, onsite or remote, and guiding the service desk.

The role requires strong IT skills in Microsoft 365, Azure, networking and UC, plus experience with IT service desk tools and ITIL practices. You will participate in DR drills and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor degree in IT/Computing.
Experience with Microsoft 365 products, Azure Cloud, Networking and UC.
Familiar with IT service desk systems such as Fresh Service, Service Now.
Certifications like M365 Administrator, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA or ITIL Foundation are advantageous.
Good troubleshooting skills across desktop, server, cloud, networking and security.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the IT service desk, guiding the team and coordinating with stakeholders.
Support laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 applications, printers and business apps onsite or remotely.
Monitor system performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Administer Windows Server, Azure, SQL Server and related infrastructure.
Perform patching, upgrades and backup administration; assist with DR drills.
Support VAPT, IT audits and disaster recovery exercises with vendors.
Coordinate IT procurement and manage IT assets and inventory.
Ensure SLA compliance and provide escalation support as needed.
Mentor junior IT staff and share knowledge across teams.
