Qualifications

• A coordinating role between business and IT across locations with primary functional support.
• Strong project management skills and ability to translate business needs into requirements.
• Experience with SDLC and software testing lifecycle, including test documentation.
• Risk awareness and capability to mitigate project risks and issues.
• Proficiency in SQL queries (complex) for data analysis and validation.
• UI/UX experience and capability to define mockups with Figma.
• Banking sector domain knowledge and familiarity with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with project stakeholders to define detailed functional specifications.
• Collaborate to analyze information needs and deliver requirements, use cases, and test artefacts.
• Transform business requirements into technical solutions with development teams.
• Prepare, maintain and communicate functional documentation.
• Plan, prepare and execute qualification strategy and tests.
• Identify test data and perform System Integration Testing (SIT).
• Steer User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and report status to stakeholders.
• Provide L2/L3 support on production incidents.
• Work with large data volumes, analyze and troubleshoot data inconsistencies.
