Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, solution design, and testing activities across enterprise systems.

You will coordinate SIT/UAT, manage stakeholders, and provide production support, while analysing large datasets and ensuring quality across locations.

Candidates should have 9+ years in a similar role, solid SQL skills, Figma UI/UX familiarity, and banking domain knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of IT Business Analyst experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong SDLC and STLC knowledge.
• Experience coordinating between business users and IT teams.
• Proven project and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in requirements analysis, functional specs, and testing.
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis.
• Ability to prepare datasets for analysis and validation.
• Experience creating process flows and solution designs.
• UI/UX experience with Figma.
• Proficiency with MS Office and JIRA.
• Knowledge of banking industry processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements with users and IT.
• Prepare functional specs, use cases, test strategies, and cases.
• Translate requirements into functional solutions for development teams.
• Support project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT testing.
• Manage issue resolution and escalation during delivery.
• Prepare and maintain functional, operational, and user docs.
• Provide Level 2/3 production support.
• Analyse large datasets and investigate data anomalies.
• Collaborate across locations to implement projects.
