Job summary

MNC Bank in Singapore invites a skilled Business Analyst to collate and manage all details of the application for the assigned vertical, including data interfaces, content, and stored data, ensuring clarity and governance. You will support the user community with guidance on system usage, define project scope, assess impact, and guide the design to align with the data-flow strategy.

You will document requirements and walkthrough with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience as Business Analyst in banking/financial services.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Solid understanding of system data flows and impact assessment.
• Hands-on UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking.

Responsibilities

• Collate and manage all details for the assigned business vertical - data interfaces, content, and data held within the application.
• Support user community on business queries and guidance on better usage of the system on daily BAU activities.
• Clear understanding of project scope, changes, and support the Project Manager in impact assessment.
• Governance role to ensure design alignment with the data flow strategy.
• Collate and rationalise stakeholders' requirements and walkthrough with team.
• Partner with the team to ensure business solutions are thought through for long-term standardization and no-ops front-end configuration.
• Assess and propose testing approach and sign-off criteria to stakeholders and obtain concurrence.
• Overall UAT management including timelines, batch run/re-run and tester results.
• Prepare documentation on data flow, design, business solutioning and testing approach.
