Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT project/service management, preferably in government/regulatory environments.
• Strong experience running SLA-driven operations, incident/problem/change management.
• Comfortable managing distributed teams, offshore delivery is permitted.
• Strong reporting and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own AMS governance cadence, delivery plan, and monthly service reporting (SLA/incident/problem).
• Ensure minimum 99.5% monthly availability and manage service risks/issues proactively.
• Lead incident response and ensure timely status updates; drive problem management and post-incident reviews.
• Govern pipeline/release schedule with DevOps; ensure safe deployments and change controls.
• Prioritise and govern bug fixes, minor enhancements, dependency updates, configuration changes, and documentation updates.
• Serve as primary interface with stakeholders and coordinate cross-team dependencies for AMS execution.
