Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific is seeking a Project Manager to oversee post-commission maintenance of internal-facing systems, including intranet and non-financial apps. You will coordinate vendor teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure smooth operation of mission-critical IT systems.

Key duties include planning and scheduling maintenance, delivering on SLAs, leading QA and risk management, and driving AI-enabled enhancements in collaboration with in-house engineers.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of project management experience in IT or government-like environments.
• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is required.
• Experience managing vendor teams and complex stakeholder groups.
• Knowledge of IT security and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post-commission maintenance for internal systems and intranet.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resources.
• Ensure timely delivery of maintenance services and enhancements.
• Lead vendor maintenance teams and align with priorities.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and status updates.
• Manage QA, risk, compliance, and documentation throughout.
• Identify and drive AI integration opportunities with the team.
• Monitor KPIs and conduct service reviews for vendor performance.
• Maintain system documentation and reporting.
