Job summary

Lenovo is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Leader to own the EUCD and Digital Workplace service tower across Singapore sites. You will oversee deskside support, field engineering and asset governance, ensuring SLAs are met and improvements are delivered.

You will lead teams, drive governance, and collaborate with stakeholders to enable a seamless end-user experience across global endpoints and services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT Managed Services or Workplace Services.
• Proven experience leading multi-site service delivery teams.
• Strong governance, KPI and SLA management.

Responsibilities

• Own the EUCD and Digital Workplace service delivery and performance.
• Oversee deskside support, field engineering and IT asset governance.
• Lead asset verification, lifecycle management and automation initiatives.
• Drive incident and change management with ITIL-aligned processes.
• Partner with stakeholders and vendors to ensure service continuity.
