Job summary

Optimum Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to oversee CSP/CPG production systems and ensure service continuity in Singapore. You will manage incidents, changes, and deployments, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive improvements across governance, audits, and vendor performance.

The role requires experience with AWS/GCC cloud environments, security/compliance controls, and authentication/payments integrations, with PMP/CITPM certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of IT project management and/or application operations experience.
• Experience managing mission-critical production systems with incidents, changes, service requests, deployments and recovery activities.
• Experience with internet-facing eServices and multi-upstream/downstream dependencies.
• Practical experience with AWS and/or GCC cloud environments, including coordination of infrastructure and production changes.
• Working knowledge of Singapore Government ICT policies, IM8 requirements, and security/compliance controls.
• Experience with IT/security audits and remediation.
• Experience with authentication integrations (Active Directory, Singpass, Corppass).
• Experience with payment gateway integrations (GIRO/PayNow) and providers (DBS, Stripe).
• Proven ability to manage full project lifecycle and vendor governance.
• Experience budgeting, quotations, and governance across competing priorities.
• Experience coordinating UAT, deployments, rollback planning, and post-implementation verification.
• PMP/CITPM certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of CSP/CPG production systems, including service availability and planned maintenance.
• Coordinate incident, problem, change, and service request management, ensuring timely closure within SLAs.
• Coordinate AWS/GCC hosting and infrastructure matters with technical teams and vendors.
• Drive business continuity and uptime to minimise unplanned downtime.
• Review vendor proposals, estimates, and deliverables to ensure fit-for-purpose and timely delivery.
• Plan and monitor budgets, quotations, and service requests, flagging variances early.
• Coordinate governance, service reviews, and performance escalations with vendors.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across application, infrastructure, security, and business teams; provide status reports and dashboards.
• Apply Agile and/or Waterfall delivery practices as appropriate.
