Job summary

Vinova is seeking a Senior IT Sales professional in Singapore to drive new business and nurture relationships with enterprise clients. You will collaborate with technical teams to tailor IT solutions and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring client satisfaction and future opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT B2B sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and experience in APAC markets.

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Sales, IT or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of IT industry B2B sales experience.
Experience in IT consulting or IT app development is a plus.
Experience in global markets, APAC region preferred.
Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new leads and grow relationships with existing customers.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders to drive repeat business.
Deliver impactful sales presentations to demonstrate value of IT services.
Manage the entire sales process from contact to closing deals.
Coordinate with Technical Solution, Pre-sales and Delivery to tailor proposals.
Ensure documentation and contracts reflect agreed terms and are organized.
Monitor proposals and bids, adjust strategy to win deals.
Collaborate with project and delivery teams for smooth handover and client satisfaction.
Stay involved in project lifecycle to address issues and ensure success.
