Job summary

AvePoint is hiring a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager in Singapore. You will work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers to plan, execute, and monitor IT projects.

Responsibilities include defining scope, budgets, schedules, and risks, while maintaining strong client communication and ensuring quality deliverables. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in project management, a PMP or PRINCE2 certificate, experience with SDLC, Waterfall and Agile, and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Must hold PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner with active serial number.
• CSM and CSPO are advantages.
• Degree in IT/CS/Engineering/PM/Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience.
• Practical knowledge of software development lifecycle, waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; fast learner with a passion for technology.
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, application programming, database and system design.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lead and manage enterprise IT software implementations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules, scopes, and resources.
• Monitor project health and deliverables with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Lead and drive project teams through execution.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Establish budgets and track spending to meet financial boundaries.
• Maintain open communication with clients, stakeholders, and PMO.
• Manage client expectations and ensure quality control over deliverables.
• Handle day-to-day operational aspects and ad-hoc tasks.
