Virtusa Singapore is seeking an experienced IT development project manager to lead delivery from initiation through system handover. The role requires strong governance, cross‑functional coordination and a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within scope.

You will supervise project teams, manage risks, and act as the focal point for stakeholders across departments, with a preference for public sector experience.

Qualificações

• At least 10 years of experience in IT development project management.
• At least 3 years of experience with Agile methodologies.
• Develop plan and implement the project from initiation to system handover.
• Supervise and coordinate project members, ensuring progress and quality.
• Act as focal point for coordination between relevant departments and the project, manage risks, and propose solutions.
• Experience in Public Sector is a plus.
