Job summary

AvePoint is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer in Singapore to implement, operate, and maintain application infrastructure services aligned with business needs and industry standards. You will engage stakeholders, design resilient infrastructure, and coordinate with service providers to deliver compliant and scalable solutions.

The role requires hands-on project experience across the full lifecycle, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset to support AvePoint's digital

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3 years minimum experience for Engineer and 5 years for Senior Engineer.
• Hands-on experience in at least one full project development life cycle (Engineer level) or three full life cycles (Senior Engineer).
• Ability to take a broad, strategic perspective and understand business needs.
• Results-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
• Team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• ITIL v3 Foundation certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to translate business requirements into application infrastructure design and services.
• Forecast budgets needed to support project initiatives and maintenance contracts.
• Work with service providers to design, deploy, and configure IT application infrastructure projects.
• Ensure compliance with technical architecture and application infrastructure standards.
• Manage day-to-day delivery and support of application infrastructure services.
• Collaborate with other teams to facilitate and deliver application services.
